Our Refund Criteria
We stand behind the quality of our products and are always ready to address any issues. The main criterion for a refund is a damaged item. If your order arrived damaged or not entirely to your specifications, please let us know.
To be eligible for a refund, customers must initiate the refund process within seven (7) days of receiving the order and provide clear proof of the damage or discrepancy (such as photos, videos or any other relevant yet credible form of evidence). Refund requests submitted after this period or without sufficient proof, will not be accepted or processed.
Our Refund Process
When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully. If you find any damage or discrepancies, we urge you to initiate the refund process within seven days of receiving your order. Here is a step-by-step guide on how you can do this:

- After we validate your claim, we’ll process your refund.
If your order has a defect, is damaged, or has missing items, you must notify us within 3 business days of the delivery date. We are not responsible for any claims filed after this period. To receive a replacement, you must return at least 99% of the received product at your own expense within 10 days of the original delivery date. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from LA Packaging Solution.
Non-Refundable Charges
Please be aware that any charges related to expedited printing (rush printing or shipping) are not refundable, even if your order is returned for any reason. There are no exceptions to this policy.
